Alabama Power business offices are closed and online account access is unavailable through Monday, Sept. 7, while the company completes a system update that began Aug. 31, according to the company.
Customers can still make payments through the company’s online guest payment service or at authorized payment locations, and the company says bill due dates will be extended during the update window.
Power outages can be reported or checked by calling 1-800-888-2726.
