PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Public Sale is being conducted by Joshua Roberto. (the “Secured Party”) to enforce its rights and remedies as Secured Party to sell the Collateral under applicable commercial law and the Secured Revolving Loan Note and related Security Agreement and other loan documents (collectively, the “Loan Documents”), pursuant to which the Debtor is indebted to the Secured Party in an amount of no less than $358,062.04 (the “Secured Indebtedness”).
