Southern Academy will present Hayden Harrison as homecoming queen and JB Bishop as king at halftime of Friday night’s game, Sept. 25, the close of the school’s homecoming week.
The court: Milly Leys, 12th grade maid; Taylor Kyser, 11th grade maid; Macie Sluder, 10th grade maid; Machaela Bovis, ninth grade maid; Laiken Swindal, eighth grade maid; and Addie Grace Rogers, seventh grade maid.
The homecoming parade lines up at 8:30 a.m. Friday and starts at 10. Pregame festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with senior athlete recognition and the announcement of Miss Football, and kickoff is at 7.
The queen and her court will be presented at halftime, and the lead-out and the homecoming dance follow the game.
A pep rally is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24.
