Four men were arrested Aug. 20 on felony assault charges accusing them of seriously injuring the same man in an Aug. 17 attack, according to Hale County District Court records.
Austin Wade Johnson, 23, of Moundville; Tyler Eugene Wynn, 19, of Greensboro; Carlos Fowler Jr., 29, of Greensboro; and Michael Heritage, 28, of Moundville, are each charged with one count of second-degree assault, a Class C felony.
Sworn complaints filed Aug. 20 by a Hale County sheriff’s investigator allege that each man, with intent to cause serious physical injury, caused serious physical injury to the same victim on Aug. 17.
All four men were being held in the Hale County Jail, each with bond set at $20,000, according to court records dated Aug. 20.
