An article in the April 2 edition of the Watchman, “Six charged with hunting violations in Hale County,” reported that Bradley Wayne Beard, 30, of Moundville, remained in custody as of March 30 following his March 27 arrest on a charge of hunting without landowner permission.
That information was drawn from the Alabama court record as it appeared on March 30. Mr. Beard has since informed the Watchman that he was released following his arrest and was not in custody on March 30.
