The University of West Alabama’s Division of Lifelong Learning and Economic and Workforce Development will host FranklinCovey’s “6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team” leadership development program at the Black Belt Development Center, 126 Franklin St., Livingston, on July 21 and July 28, from 8 a.m. to noon each day.
The program is designed to help participants move beyond task management and develop stronger people-centered leadership skills. It focuses on six essential practices that support effective team leadership, including setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, building accountability, improving employee engagement, and driving results through positive workplace culture.
Geared toward both current and aspiring leaders, the training equips participants with practical tools to strengthen communication, enhance team performance, and foster high-performing organizations.
