Joy Wright Jones, 68, of Marion, gained her heavenly wings on Aug. 24. She was born Jan. 8, 1958.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, Sept. 5, at 11 a.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church, where she lay in state for one hour before the service. Interment followed in Hopewell Baptist Churchyard Cemetery.
Visitation and a family hour were held Friday, Sept. 4, at Ashley’s Lee & Rollins Funeral Home in Marion, which directed arrangements.
