Under the supervision of the Perry County Probate Judge
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their needs. Intake and index instruments (ie., deeds, mortgages); process marriage licenses, renew driver licenses, record UCC-1 Financing Statements; sell privilege licenses (boats, fishing & hunting), process land redemptions; daily and monthly reports. Any other duties as assigned.
Knowledge required:
Proficiency with PC’s and driver’s license computer software and applications and general knowledge of office equipment; including telephones, photo copiers, facsimile, calculators, shredders and etc. Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of College.

Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting or finance, or five years of financial experience in government.
- Professional work experience in human resources or personnel management is preferred.
- Ability to become a certified County Administrator within three years of hire.
- Combinations of education and experience that meet the qualifications identified above will be considered.
- Possession of a current and valid Alabama driver’s license.
- Ability to travel overnight for meetings and training.
- Ability to become bonded and a Notary Public. And ability to remain on call 24/7.
Job Summary
Under the general oversight of the County Commission, the employee provides administrative leadership to the County. The employee supervises the other employees of the County Commission Office. The employee also handles financial, personnel, budgeting, and grant management responsibilities. The employee is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the data processing system. Employee also performs administrative tasks at the request of the County Commission.

The debt secured by said Mortgage has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Mortgage.
