The employees of the City of Bessemer are essential to the daily operation of the city. They are greatly appreciated by all the city officials.
The second annual employee appreciation event was held recently at the Bessemer Civic Center.
The event was hosted by Bessemer Mayor Kenneth Gulley and the members of the Bessemer City Council.
City Council Executive Assistant Angela Coleman and City Council President Jarvis Collier planned the event.
Magic City Grille catered a delicious meal.
The event will be even bigger and better next year.
