Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure has officially launched its annual hiring campaign and is looking to fill approximately 400 seasonal positions ahead of the upcoming summer season. The park is inviting energetic, guest-focused individuals to apply and be part of one of Alabama’s most exciting summer workplaces.
Seasonal positions are available across many departments, including rides, lifeguards, food and beverage, admissions, retail, and park services. These roles provide flexible schedules, competitive pay, and the opportunity to gain valuable job experience while working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required for most roles, and training is provided.
